What does the UI Setting "Only Export records where time entry transaction status is approved" mean?

Resolution

The meaning of this setting is as follows: When selected, the system only exports individual transactions with a time entry transaction status of Approved. No transactions with a status other than Approved will be sent to payroll. Using this option can result in partial timecards being exported. Workflow approval initials are not considered.
