ExecuTime Report Has Zero Data Present



Description of Issue

When running a report in ExecuTime, the reports are not providing data



Context

Cause

The timecard capture job was not enabled which is what populates the reporting data 



Resolution

In order to get data in the reports:

  1. Navigate to System Admin → Scheduled System Jobs

  2. Make sure Active Only is not checked

  3. Locate Capture Timecard Job → Click the pencil icon for said job

  4.  Check the box for Active → Click Save

  5. Locate Capture Skipped Timecard → Click the pencil icon for said job

  6. Check the box for Active → Click Save

  7. Click the square and arrow icon to manually kick off the Capture Timecard Job

  8. Allow a couple of days for the summary's to be built for the reports
