NH ERS Report - Job Class Error

Error during Generate, "Invalid Payroll Master Job Class or Master Job Class has no Employee Job/Salary record for Reporting End Date for Emp ###"

Program can't find primary base pay record in Employee Job/Salary to get Job Class code from.

Depends on Munis Version.

Version 11.3 

Job Class code in the Employee Master program does not match the Job Class code on a base pay record in Employee Job/Salary.  Make them match by updating the Job Class code in the Employee Master.

All Versions higher than 11.3: 

A record doesn't exist in Employee Job/Salary with all of the following:

• Base Pay field on Cycles/Other tab check marked.

• Primary Job/Position field on Main tab check marked.

• Most recent effective date equal or prior to the defined Reporting End Date.

• Pay Start date is less than or equal to the defined Reporting End Date. 

• Pay End date is greater than or equal to the defined Reporting End Date.
