Project Account missing from Time Entry History

When review time entry history for an employee, not seeing the PL account.  The Project Account field is blank.  There is proj code in the Org/Obj/Proj field.

• Enterprise ERP
• Payroll Processing
• Time Entry History

End user who manually keyed Time Entry, entered a proj code, but did not enter a Project Ledger account.

Can process a payroll History Transfer, How to process a History Transfer to change posted GL history to a new account.  Or enter a manual journal entry.
