Description of Issue
Why is the e-learning link from the Knowledge Base broken?
We receive the error message Server Error in '/' Application when we try to launch the Help option under Knowledge Base, how do we resolve?

Effective 10/1/2023 the muniskb.tylertech.com site is deprecated and is no longer accessible.
Resolution
Please upgrade to the latest 2021 quarterly release to access training offered through Tyler Coach.
