Permission to access and update User Attributes

What are the permissions required to allow access to and edit user attributes?

Users without admin permissions can see and update User Attributes program

User needs to be able to add or modify users in user attributes

1. A user would need at least one role assigned that grants menu security to System Administration > Security > User Attributes

2. User would need at least one role assigned that grants Munis Systems role permission as active
   • Update Existing Assigned User Role
3. Have user log out of Munis and log back in and test user access to menu path and program options

• Database query to get a list of users that have access to the user attributes program
• Restrict a user from making changes to user Roles Permissions or Workflow
• If a user has menu access granted to User Attributes or Roles, they will be able to make modifications in those programs. If the user should have view-only access to these programs, update their menu access to the Inquiry Only versions found in the menu path below 
  • There is a menu option for System Administration > System Administration Inquiry where users only have Inquiry access rather than ability to add or update any records
