One end user missing menus under Tyler Menu

Description of Issue
  • End user can log into Hub, but not seeing any menus
  • When I log into Munis, I am missing menus
Context
  • Enterprise ERP Hub
  • Tyler Menu
Cause

Resolution
  1. Clear the browser cache Master Article - Clear Browser Cache
  2. Close the browser
  3. Re-open the browser and log back in
