Add Print step to ReadyForms Delivery Definition



Description of Issue

Set up ReadyForms Delivery Definition to print the specified form



Context

Cause

Needs to print a ReadyForms but does not have a print step set up in their Delivery Definition



Resolution

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

  1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one

  2. Click Accept

  3. Under the Steps heading, click Add

  4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Print')

  5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used

  6. Under the Actions tab, check the box that has print next to it.

  7. Next to print name, select the desired printer to print from in the drop down.

  8. Click Accept
