User Cannot see any Groups in Select Scheduled Pay Records



Description of Issue

User has the same permissions as other Time Entry clerks, but when trying to load Scheduled Pay Records from ESS, she has no Group options to choose from.

Cause

User has not been assigned to any groups under Time Entry groups



Resolution

To copy an existing group to the user:

  1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry Groups.

  2. Click Search.

  3. Click Accept. 

  4. Click Browse.

  5. Locate line for group user needs access to and double click. 

  6. Click Copy.

  7. Use the Clerk dropdown menu to choose the User ID.

  8. Make any other necessary changes.

  9. Click Accept.

To add a new group:

  1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry Groups.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Populate necessary parameters.

  4. Click Accept. 

  5. Use dropdown menus choose the employees and/or pays you want to include.

  6. Click Accept.
