Add Archive to TCM Step to ReadyForms Delivery Definition

Set up ReadyForms delivery definition to archive specified form in TCM

Needs to archive a ReadyForm to TCM but does not have a Archive to TCM step set up in their Delivery Definition

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one

2. Click Accept

3. Under the Steps heading, click Add

4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Archive to TCM')

5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used

   1. Make sure the Template output is PDF and not PCL.

   2. Make sure Template is configured correctly: Archived or Emailed Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) record contains all images from run

6. Under the Actions tab, check the box that has Archive next to it.

   1. If the document type does not select the correct document type for your form, select the correct document type in the drop down.

7. Click Accept. 

Enterprise Forms TCM archive images should not have signature, bank information or VOID
