Preview export previous payroll from ExecuTime

How to preview and export the data from a previous payroll in Time and Attendance (TA) (ExecuTime) to view records that were processed in payroll?

• EERP (Munis)

• Time and Attendance (ExecuTime)

• Time Entry History

Historical records that were processed from ExecuTime through Munis payroll cannot be acquired through the Preview Export function in ExecuTime. These records will need to be accessed in Time History in Time & Attendance, or Time Entry History in Munis.

In Time & Attendance:

1. Payroll Functions > Time History

2. Define your pay period in the Select Pay Period Field to view the previous time records

In EERP:

1. Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll  > Time Entry Processing >Time Entry History

2. Click Search enter the Run Type in the Payroll field and the Warrant, click Accept

3. These records be exported into Excel by selecting the Excel icon in the output section of the ribbon

The Preview Export function in ExecuTime will only pull records that do not have a Transferred, or Processed status. Therefore this is not an accurate representation of the records that were processed in payroll.
