First Make sure Templates are created: How to create a new template with Enterprise Forms
Make sure you have physical printer added under Printer Definitions: How to create an Enterprise Forms Printer Definition
Navigate to the Delivery Definitions program either by searching or via the following path: System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > Ready Forms > Delivery Definitions
1. Note: Delivery Definitions can also be accessed in programs where ReadyForms have been enabled by click ReadyForms Delivery Definitions in the ribbon or output menu.
Select the appropriate Document Model from the dropdown menu.
Enter a Name for the Delivery Definition.
Click Accept.
Click Add (under the Steps heading).
1. Permission to create or modify RF Delivery Definitions: Permission needed to update ReadyForms Delivery Definitions
Key in the Name of the step (ie. Print, Email, Archive, Download or Save).
Select the desired Template (PCL Output Format for Print step, PDF for Download, Archive, and/or Email step).

2. Review Execution Option information: EERP Enterprise Forms processing progress bar window takes hours to finish
Select the desired Action (under the Actions heading). For more information about ReadyForms Actions, see: Enterprise Forms Delivery Definitions Actions
Click Accept.
Repeat steps 5 through 9 to add additional actions. Note that creating separate delivery definition steps for individual actions may increase system performance.
