4141.01
(O) "Week" means the calendar week ending at midnight Saturday unless an equivalent week of seven consecutive calendar days is prescribed by the director.
(4) For purposes of determining the weeks that comprise a completed calendar quarter under this division, only those weeks ending at midnight Saturday within the calendar quarter shall be utilized.
Explanation of calculating weeks
A week is 7 consecutive days beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday (calendar week). If an individual works in any portion of a calendar week, the week is to be considered a reportable week. All such calendar weeks are to be reported in the quarter of the Saturday date. This applies regardless of whether or not the dates worked within the calendar week are in the same quarter as the Saturday.
