Create Annual Tax Table for Ohio



Description of Issue

Tax is not calculating any amount for annualized Ohio State Tax in Payroll, deduction 4000.

Cause

There is no current Annual Tax Table for Ohio. 



Resolution
  1. Go to Tax Tables program. (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Income Tax Setup>Tax Tables)

  2. Click Add, Define Effective Date, State Code of OH, define Marital Status (Single, Married, Head of Household), and Pay Period field as A-Annual.

  3. Click on Tax Table in the menu to define Amounts for the standard withholding schedule for OH. Click Return.

  4. Click Calc define data required for Calc screen for OH and Accept

Create OH Annual Tax Tables for each Marital Status needed using the OH Department of Taxation Employer Withholding Tables
