Description of Issue

Needing to confirm the version of TLS being used



Context

  • SMTP

  • Tyler Systems Management

  • Tyler Forms

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • Workflow Emails



Cause




Resolution

  1.  Go to Control Panel 

  2. Select Internet Options

  3. Go to the Advanced tab

  4. Scroll Down until you see TLS

Versions checked off for step 4 are versions available to use.
