Description of Issue

There is no option to update an asset record in the Assets program

Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management

  • EAM

Cause

User did not have appropriate Assets role permissions

Resolution

In order to update an asset record the users Assets role must have the following permissions:

  • Update assets

  • Maintain assets by dept/type/category - set to either Limited or Full
