Processing parking tickets in the Ticket Entry and Proof program and receiving the following errors.

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object AccountsReceivable.Bills with unique index IX_Bills.HasBalanceDue.VoidedVersion.Category.Year.Number. The duplicate key value is.

Ticket bill was partially posted.
Resolution
Contact Enterprise ERP Community Development Support for assistance.
A partially processed ticket bill record exists. Once removed, the user can post the Ticket Batch.
