New York Tax Roll GetAllProperties failed

When running the Tax Roll, an error is returned.

• usp_GetAllProperties failed - status here: -268 ISAM 2601.

• Cannot insert duplicate key row in object dbo.tmpfnd with unique index tmpfnd1. The duplicate key value is.

• usp_GetAllProperties failed - status here: -6372 [ISAM -1505].

• The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name.
