Description of Issue

Using Detail option to see unposted PAB journal proof triggers error at bottom of screen
Transaction has not been posted. Project journal information does not exist



Context

Cause

System is not linking to proof journal to display when detail option is selected in Project String Inquiry program



Resolution

  1. Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Projects/Inquiry > Project Encumbrance Entry/Proof

  2. Browse

  3. Select option for all Journals

  4. Accept

  5. Take necessary action as needed

    • Delete unneeded PAB

    • Release, Approve if workflow exists

    • Output post if needed once in Approved status
