Time Entry PDF Report Error

Description of Issue

When trying to create the Time Entry PDF Report, I get the following error:

Error: Program Stopped At 'prtimatt_custom.4gl', line number 942 FORMS statement error number -1326. An Array Variable Has Been Referenced Outside of its specified dimensions



Context

  • Payroll Processing

  • Time Entry Processing

  • Time Entry



Cause

Time Entry Preferences Report field was left blank



Resolution

  1. Go to Time Entry(Payroll> Payroll Processing> Time Entry Processing> Time Entry)

  2. Click Search 

  3. Click Accept

  4. Click Preferences

  5. Click Update 

  6. Select the proper option for Report from the drop down menu

  7. Click Accept

  8. Click Back 

  9. Click PDF

(Report should produce without any errors)
