Allow Negative Balance option in Accrual Tables

What is the Allow Negative Balance balance check box used for?

• Enterprise ERP Payroll

• Accrual Tables

• ESS

• Employee Self Service

Allow Negative Balance is a check put in place to allow ESS accrual requests to result in a negative balance. If you do not allow this, we will use a hard stop error when an employee tries to submit an ESS timesheet advising that the request will result in a negative balance.

• Allow Negative Balance option does not apply to Payroll Processing or entries / imports in Employee Accruals
