TxchgdefMultiplyByCount error in System Log

An Accounts Receivable program is erroring and there is a System Log error entry that references TxchgdefMultiplyByCount.

• Accounts Receivable 
• General Billing 
• Customers (arcstmnt) 
• Adjust Invoices (gbinvmnt) 

Two or more environments (LIVE/PROD, TRAIN, or TEST) are on different Tyler Deploy releases and have been refreshed. There is data that is formatted differently from the higher release that was refreshed into the lower release and the lower release is erroring when it attempts to handle the data. The error will occur in the lower version, but not in the higher version. 

Install the most recent release on the lower environment until it is on a release higher or equal to the higher environment and the error should clear. For instructions on how to install the most recent releases, please see: How to Run or Schedule an Update in Tyler Deploy for a Product
