Description of Issue

  • Unable to search for Requests in Service Access Portal 

  • F12 Debug Network tab shows a 500 error on RecentIncidents

  • F12 Debug Console tab shows an Odata error 



Context

  • ESR 



Cause

Defect 



Resolution

Development is tracking this under T311-9146 and the fix will be released in a future ESR service pack
