How to Change Job Owner in Munis Scheduler



Description of Issue

Would like to change the owner of a scheduled job to a new user.

Cause

Informational



Resolution
  • A new job would need to be created to update the owner

  • You can use the Job > Job Parameters and Job > Properties as a template for creating a new job

  • Once the new job is created, the other one should be deleted



Additional Information

Adding a User to be Notified when a Job is Run:

  1. Navigate to System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler Queue

  2. Highlight the applicable job line, then in the ribbon click Job > Properties

  3. Select Notify to add the new user's information
