Manually Refresh the Tyler Menu Hub Card

Manually Refresh the Tyler Menu Hub Card

Description of Issue

Isolated Munis users do not have a Tyler Menu

Context
  • Munis

  • Tyler Hub

  • Tyler Menu

  • Card

Cause

Menu cache

Resolution
  1. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the Tyler Menu Hub card

  2. Select Refresh from the menu that opens

Additional Information

Typically something to try if for the most part munis should be up, but some users do not have a Tyler menu or recent changes are not reflecting. Testing indicates that munis should be functional and if a program is opened through recent activity or favorites it works without issue. Refreshing the hub site doesn't seem to correct this either, specifically refreshing the card does,
