How do employee photos show up in Employee Access

With the move from ESS to Employee Access, will the employee photos still show up?

Want to ensure that employee photos from ESS are included in EA

1. The photos can be on a network server, in a folder that all users have access to from their PC's

2. Employee Central and ESS will automatically pull photos from the 'EmployeeImages' folder in the MunisProd directory. Physically store the photos in that location or create a different virtual directory accordingly

3. Employee Access and Employee Inquiry pulls photos from the configuration in Human Resources/Payroll> Human Resources> Personnel Setup> Personnel Settings.

   1. This can either be configured using

      1. IP Address & physical location e.g.: \\192.168.1.1\musys\images\employeeimages)

      2. With no IP address and a URL to the virtual directory set up in IIS

4. The naming convention for the photos is specific. The photo must be named as the employee number and then the file extension. For instance, a bitmap photo for employee #100100 would be named 100100.bmp

The recommended size of photos is 640 x 480
