Description of Issue

Error prevents converting bids to contracts in Bid Conversions 

  • bqcnthdrio_insert: execute insert_bqcnthdr 1166: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.

  • Error selecting method for contract xxxxx.

Additional error received for contract enforcement method Items w/ Encumbered Accts and Items w/ Non-Encumbered Accts

  • bqcnlitmio_insert: execute insert_bqcnlitm 15: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Error 838383, severity 16, state 1 was raised, but no message with that error number was found in sys.messages. If error is larger than 50000, make sure the user-defined message is added using sp_addmessage.

Workaround: Manually add items to contract from Contract Entry or Contract Change Orders
