Resolution
  1. TID-W account information is managed in the Admin Center.
    1. Log into the site's Admin Center and select the Manage Users tab
  2. Records can be imported manually, added, or set to sync with an active directory
  3. Every employee who uses Employee Access will need a record in the Admin Center otherwise they cannot log into Employee Access
