Cause
Informational
Resolution
- TID-W account information is managed in the Admin Center.
- Log into the site's Admin Center and select the Manage Users tab
- Records can be imported manually, added, or set to sync with an active directory
- Every employee who uses Employee Access will need a record in the Admin Center otherwise they cannot log into Employee Access
