Time Entry Import-Flat Amount Stipend Pay-amount changing after import

Using Time Entry import to bring in a stipend pay for a group of employees, but the amount is changing once imported. 

Ex: The pay amount is $1353.74 and after the import, the amount to pay her is $13.88.

User had Hours as Time checked off on Time Entry Import definition screen.

1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry.

2. Confirm correct warrant prompt. 

3. Click Import. 

4. Click Define.

5. Choose Template and File.

6. Uncheck Hours as Time. 

7. Define the rest of the screen as needed.

8. Click Accept. 

9. Once posted, review the information by searching for the Batch and clicking Scan Detail. 

Issues can also occur if Template is not set up correctly. When importing a flat amount into Payroll, if the Unit type for that pay code in Pay Master is set to Amount, the amount should be defined in Quantity column in the Template.
