Cannot delete SOY accrual history records

Munis will not allow me to delete any accrual history records that have a reason code of SOY Adjustment.

This is by design, Munis does not allow SOY ADJUSTMENT accrual history records to be deleted.

SOY ADJUSTMENT accrual history records can only be deleted if the Employee Accrual record is deleted:

1. Access Employee Accruals: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Accruals

2. Search on the desired employee and accrual

3. Click Delete in the ribbon

4. Select Delete/Remove

Delete - Delete the employee accrual record, including history, for the current table only.

Remove - Delete the employee accrual record, including all history for this accrual. If employee's ever changed accrual tables under the same accrual type, all accrual history linked to the same accrual type will be deleted.
