Accrual Available Balance is blank.  Get error when run Accrual Rebuild Error opening history summary cursor. Status: -1226 [ISAM -1]

Sum of Earned YTD and / or Used YTD is greater than 9999.99

Can review and update accrual history as needed so that the sum of the Earned YTD and Used YTD is not greater than 9999.99.  Is generally helpful if site closes out the accruals at year-end.  See Accrual End of Year Processing.
