Disable Timecard Approval Notifications

How do we turn off notifications for Timecard Approvals in Time and Attendance?

Cause




Resolution

In order to disable or turn off Email notifications for time card approvals please follow these steps

  1. Login to a profile with System Admin access

  2. Click System Admin

  3. Navigate to Workflow Management

  4. Click on Primary Approver Icon for the Workflow Step the employee is apart of

  5. Click the Pencil icon for the employee you want to disable notifications for

  6. Uncheck the Notification box and Save

Please note if this employee is a part of any other Workflow Step or is a Secondary approver for another Primary approver you will need to also uncheck the Notification box under those steps as well.
