Resolution

Export Printer Definitions:

  1. Log into the Munis environment to export from.
  2. From the Munis menu, navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > Printer Definitions. This page contains:
    1. RF physical printers,
    2. local printers,
    3. Non_xml printer definitions if site uses DocOrigin (TylerForms printer)
    4. Specific printer definitions for Auto PO process (AUPO) and/or Bill reprint used with Bill Inquiry or Adjustment Screen
  3. Click Search and then Accept without defining any parameters. At the bottom of the page it will show the total amount of printer definitions
  4. Click Export.
  5. At the bottom of the screen you will see a message about the exported file name. The file is saved to a text file (i.e. spprintr0001.txt) on the Munis Spool directory (My Saved Reports).
  6. Go to My Saved Reports and double-click on the file to save out of Munis. The file should appear on Download folder on the PC.
