How to Run Accrual Update on the Scheduler

Can I run the accrual update on the scheduler?

Resolution

Yes the accrual update can be run on the Munis Scheduler. Navigate your Tyler Menu to the Accrual Update: Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Accrual Processing > Accrual Update.

  1. Click Define and select At a scheduled time in the Execute this report field. Then define the accrual update screen for how the scheduler should process the accrual update.

  2. Click Accept

  3. Define the scheduled job description for the accrual update

  4. Click Recur and define how often the scheduler should process the accrual update

  5. Click Notify and define when and who will be notified about the accrual update scheduled job

  6. Press the ENTER key to save the scheduled job



Cause



Additional Information
  • Once the scheduled time occurs, there will be a proof in Departmental Functions>My Saved Reports.

  • You can manage your scheduled jobs in the Scheduler Queue (System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler Queue).
