Running Job 6 Accrual Balance resolved the issue in Tyler Integrations
Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access
Click System Configuration
Click Tyler Integration
Click Run full data Import
A popup will appear click Only Run Job Let the job Run
Once the job finishes click Employee Actions
Click Benefit Summary
Verify Accruals updated.
