Description of Issue

  • Vendor proposals are not rescinded

  • The rescind icon remains visible in VSS after rescinding a proposal

Cause

Defect 

Resolution

Install MUN-490516 once it's been released

Workaround: Rescind the bid in Bid Central after the bid has been unsealed
