Description of Issue

Encountering the error For obsolete services they can only have a status of final billed or inactive. 



Context

  • Rate Masters 

  • Move In



Cause

The rate that is on the service have the obsolete field is checked off in the rate master program. 



Resolution

Navigate to Property Revenues> Utility Billing > Setup > Rate Master

  1. Search for the rate that is on the service. 

  2. Click Update.

  3. Uncheck the Obsolete field, click Accept.
