Description of Issue
When trying to update an items Last Purchase Cost, within the Items program, the change is accepted but then reverts back to the original value when saved

Install work ticket MUN-490452 when it becomes available
Workaround:
- Process a Receipt transaction to update Last Purchase Cost - How to create a manual inventory receipt
- Process an Adjustment transaction to remove the quantity added by the Receipt - How to create and post an Inventory Adjustment
