  • Preliminary Bill Print isn't selecting enough records.

  • Prelim Bill print skips some bills.

  • Bills with expired special condition codes are being skipped by Preliminary Bill Print.

Bill(s) within the define set have a special condition related to them that prevented printing but that special condition has now expired.
