When does the AUF Generate create Record Type TERM

When will the AUF Generate create an AUF record with the TERM Record Type?

The Generate will create a record for all Certified, Classified and Board Member employees with a Location and/or Org value in the Employee Master that falls within the defined Location and Org ranges on the Generate screen, where the Part/Full Time status field under EEO Information on the Demographics tab of the Employee Master is not T – Temporary and where the employee meets ALL of the criteria below: 

1. Either the Inactive date or the Terminated date on the Dates tab of the Employee Master falls within the AUF Dates defined on the Generate screen.

2. The Inactive/Terminated Reason code on the Dates tab of the Employee Master is crosswalked to one of these SHBP Record Types with Crosswalk Type GAI (Reference GAI – Georgia Inactive/Termination Codes).

3. If SHBP deduction codes were entered in the Deduction Ranges on the Generate screen AND the employee has a record in Employee Deductions for one of the defined codes, then the End Date on that record must fall within the defined reporting dates.
