How to Remove Signature Line from Purchase Order in Enterprise Forms

Instructions for removing the signature line from a PO template

Instructional

1. From the Tyler Menu, go to Enterprise Forms>Enterprise Forms Administration

   1. On older versions of EERP, this menu path may be labeled Readyforms>Readyforms Administration

2. On the left hand side of the resulting window, click on Purchasing>Purchase Orders

3. Select the template you wish to edit

4. On the top of the window, click the tab labeled Forms Design

5. Clear any signature images that are no longer desired on this page

6. Open the Purchase Order dropdown

7. Remove the signature title from the line you wish to remove.

8. Click Save in the bottom right

If the template has a lock symbol in the top bar and does not have a forms design tab, please reach out to Tyler Forms support for assistance as that is a custom template.
