County Property error while manually Adding Detail

While manually adding an County Property Detail for either Expense, Income, or Misc. , an error occurs:

• Error returned by AdjustmentManager.createAdjustment. Additional information concerning status error of 100.

• ERROR EXECUTING THE SQL STATEMENT selectBatchInformationFromNaturalKey.

• Error returned by AdjustmentManager.addLine. Additional information concerning status error of 100.

• ERROR EXECUTING THE SQL STATEMENT selectBillFromAdjustmentNumberAndType.

• Conditions require that the Tax Deed bill be adjusted manually.

• NY Property Tax Billing

• Delinquency Processing

• County Property Processing

• County Properties

Development is currently researching the issue.

Suggestion would be to wait for development fix before manually adding additional County Property Details. Current workaround at this time would be to manually adjust the category 24 Bill with the Additional Charge after adding the County Property Detail.
