Description of Issue

A pay code is not available in Time & Attendance but is set up correctly within Munis Job/Salary record. 



Context

  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Master File Management 



Cause

The pay code has security set in Time & Attendance which limits the accessibility of the pay code regardless of the pay code availability in Munis on Job/Salary record. 



Resolution

  1. Select System Admin 

  2. Select Master File Management 

  3. Select the Pencil beside pay code in question 

  4. Under Defined Rules section, select the Minus

  5. Select Save
