Payroll check is not printing employee middle initial

Description of Issue

Employee name on the check does not match name on the Positive Pay

Cause

The toggle name Use Middle Initial in the Employee Name is turned OFF on the Template

Resolution
  1. Go to Enterprise Forms Template Configuration: How to access and use Enterprise Forms
  2. Using the side menu, navigate to the form type you wish to change
  3. Double-Click the template to open the configurations
  4. Go to the Forms Design tab
  5. Scroll down to the bottom toggles and click on Use Middle Initial in the Employee Name option to turn it ON
    1. If the switch is grey, it is off and the name will print First Name+MiddleName+LastName
