How do you make requests start in an investigation status?

Cause

Informational 



Resolution
  1.  From Administration click Request Setup

  2. Select Request Types

  3. Click the ellipses on the far right of the desired request type

  4. Select Edit

  5. Scroll to the bottom and enable Pause for investigations 

  6. Click Save
