Missouri Import City Tax Data for Subsequent does not Add or Update Customer



Description of Issue

Import City Tax Data when importing Subsequent Parcels where the Owner contains an Address, Name change, a new Customer record is not created and existing Customer records are not updated. 

  • Subsequent Billing displays An error occurred selecting the customer record for the entered property ID.

  • Customer Number assigned to Subsequent Billing record after the Import City Tax Data does not exist in the Customers program.

Cause



Resolution

Install the following release for resolution. Development is currently researching for the other versions:

  • MUN-469195 (2021.9.0.826) 


Current workaround is to manually Add or Update the customer in the Customers program and then use the Owners button in Subsequent Billing to change the CID or Delivery Address to correct the customer.
