Employees unable to view benefit rates in ESS

Description of Issue

Annual, period, and/or monthly costs are not appearing in ESS for employees.

Cause

Benefits Enrollment Campaign Settings are not set correctly.



Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Enrollment Campaign Manager program.

    • Tyler Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Enrollment Campaign Manager

  2. Click Search and bring up the current campaign.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Verify that Show Annual and Period Costs in ESS and Show Monthly Costs in ESS are flagged as needed.
