Error creating transfers error when transferring overpayments by Social Security Number

• Unable to selects records in the Transfer of Overpayments mass select by SSN.

• When trying to Mass Select records and Transfer to the Social Security Number in the Transfer of Overpayments program, the error The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.#TransferHeader_____________________________________________________________________________________________________XXXXXXXXXXXX' and the index name 'IX_TransferHeader_BillId'. The duplicate key value is (XXXX). is received. 

• Accounts Receivable

• General Billing 

• Property Tax Billing 

• Community Development 

• Utility Billing

• Transfer of Overpayments (artrnsfr)

• 2021.6+

The Name 1 and Name 2 on the Customer record both have a Social Security Number. 

• Please install MUN-456187 once completed by Development. 

• As a workaround, run the Transfer of Overpayments by a Transfer to option other than Social Security Number. 

• Or, update the Customers to have only one Social Security Number.
