Description of Issue
New Permit Applications are showing attachments that are tied to much older Applications.
Permits have incorrect attachments tied to them.

Cause
Old attachments in the Permits system have a link to higher, unused Application Id's. As new Applications are created, these higher Id numbers are consumed and then link up to the existing attachments.

Development and Support are researching. Please contact EERP Civic Services Support for assistance.
