Resolution

Scheduled Work Days from Staff Employment - Days Absent - Vacation. 

  • Scheduled Work Days = Days/Year value from the base pay record in Job/Salary with a Job Class matching the Job Class on the Employee Master record, minus number of Holiday days from EMISHLIDAY Crosswalk
  • Days Absent (Absence Days) = Sum of time used for accrual types defined as Days Absent Accrual Types
  • Vacation = Sum of time used within the reporting date range for the accrual type(s) defined as Vacation Accrual Types

How to create the EMISHLIDAY Crosswalk for Scheduled Work Days in OH EMIS

NOTE: "Primary" base pay has historically been defined as "the base pay with a Job Class matching the Job Class on the Employee Master record."  Effective Dated Pays allows us to determine that using the Employee Job/Salary Primary Job/Position flag and the date fields instead.  That change will be made under pending (master) work ticket MUN-488385.
